What is your Web Design process?

Our web design process has been tested and refined to provide you with open communication and less errors. Our Process consists of 4 major steps before launch.

What’s your typical turnaround time on projects?

Depending on client communication and rounds of revisions, a typical project turn around is 4-6 weeks.

How many revisions do I get?

A typical project has a total of 3 revisions on Visual Web Design and 3 revisions on the Web Development. On some cases we will work with your budget and reduce the revision rounds. Some clients have a clear idea of their design and don’t want the extra revisions. We like to leave these options up to you. If you need more than 3 revisions we will price adjust accordingly.

Where do you get your stock photography and who is liable for the copyright?

All design mockups are used with watermarked stock images. At the end of the Visual Web Design step you are responsible for either purchasing the image you want or we can purchase them on your behalf. Since the website is your personal property, you should be liable for acquiring any license and usage policy of images for commercial use. We purchase our images from www.istockphoto.com.

Do you do website copy and text?

Unfortunately the answer is no. We are no experts in grammar and English (although some of us try to be.) You know your company better than any one else and the text will flow better coming from you. There are instances that clients have writers block. Hey, it happens. We will be more than happy to assist you in finding a professional copywriter.

I am looking for help on a project for a client. Do you offer White Label services?

Yes, have worked with several web design firms both local and national on projects. We white label all aspects of the code, design and client contact, and will only add it to our portfolio with your permission.

I already have a website. Do you do redesigns?

Yes! A redesign goes through the same process of a new website design. We understand the importance of updating a website as the times and needs change. We recommend to redesign your site at least every 2 years. Technology changes and so does the compatible browsers. You need to stay on top of the design trends and make sure your website is compatible with the latest browser releases.

Do you outsource your work?

Yes we do. There are some projects that are outside our expertise. We work closely with local web design firms, as needed. Upon your request we will disclose the companies and freelancers we work on your project with.

Do you outsource overseas?

NO! We don’t outsource overseas or out of the local area. In fact, we highly disagree with overseas outsourcing. We have built long lasting relationships with designers here in Arizona and New Mexico. We strongly believe in the quality of work our team and our local partners can provide. Whether you choose us or another company, we beg you to ask your web designer if they outsource and if they can put it in writing. Read more about web design outsourcing .

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can pay conveniently and securely online through our client portal. We accept credit cards and Paypal payments online.

Where are you located?

Our main office is located in Chandler, AZ. The majority of clients we service are from Tucson Arizona, Phoenix Arizona, and Albuquerque New Mexico. We don’t stop there and have serviced clients over the blue ocean and in the East.

How much does a web design project cost?

Every project is different. A basic design with a basic build all starts at the same price. It depends on the amount of pages, extra unique programming.. etc. Without sitting down and working out the details are unable to quote out a price. What is the payment schedule?

Each project consists of four easy to follow process steps. The first two steps are called the Design Phase. The last two steps are the Development Phase. The payments are broken into the two phases. We clearly outline them on your proposal with the projected due date. The Design Phase payment is due before the start of the project and the last half is due before we start the Development Phase.

I still am unable to pay based off your schedule. Do you do financing?

Yes, we offer interest free financing. We know how hard it is to get your business off the ground. We are living in the technological age and having a visual presence on the web is crucial. Just think, when was the last time you used a phone book? Search Engines and the internet have nearly brought them to extinction. Don’t let your business fall too over finances.
